Drop wings

My grey parrot recently drop his wings (see picture) when I feed him. Is it normal or there is some hidden problems. Please give advise. Thank you.

牠感覺熱時, 會雙翼打開散熱, 再熱o的, 會打開口呼吸散熱.
著伴侶時, 會雙翼下垂, 表達愛意.
牠的毛真的有點亂且稀疏, 所以很多絨毛外露了. 嚐試多點陪牠, 給牠多點玩具, 過一段時間看看會否好轉.
牠的主要糧食是什麼呢 ? 因為這也對羽毛生長有影響.
有空便晒晒太陽, 但要注意不可曝晒, 小心中暑.

His feather is a bit messy. I did worry about biting feather problem. When he sees me, he jumps arround in the cage and mess up his feather, I think. I never see him biting off his feather.
He only eats one kind of bird food. I tried many different kind already. He likes apple and water melon, and eats a lot of them.

如果牠吃的是合成糧 或 種子糧 而又沒偏食, 問題應該不大. 水果含果糖, 不要只餵水果喔.
養了多久 ? 有放牠出來自由活動嗎 ? 我的灰女, 半歲被帶回家時, 羽毛也像你的灰鸚. 但慢慢換毛後, 情況好轉了.

其實我的灰鸚, 偶爾也會一邊翼下垂, 但都是很鬆弛的狀態又或中心放在某一邊了才會這樣. 到現在也沒什麼問題, 所以不用太擔心. 再留意一段時間吧.

He is 1 year and 1 month old. I think he is changing the feathers. Thanks again for your advice.
