yes, pluck it
for the other 2 on the picture u just post, if the bird is not bleeding at that area then no need to pluck it
use 1 hand to hold onto the end of that feather (the bone like struture is the shell of the feather) use the other hand to quickly pull the feather out
there should be no bleeding

i think the feather is coming out (in a tube like shell) but somehow when it was playing or something it broke that feather, and it starts bleeding
u can double check if the feather has some sort of 折 on the feather
if thats the case, unpluck it

正確的方法,建議2個人更容易拔出羽毛,用毛巾包住隻雀,為了避免破壞脆弱的翼骨,將鳥的翅膀輕輕地應擴大和放平在抬面上支持, 用手按住牢固羽毛部分最靠近皮膚的位址,使用尖嘴鉗平整拉羽毛生長的方向,拉出來的羽毛, 避免使用眉鉗,因為是不較力, 拉出羽毛後用麵粉或粟米粉塞住個傷口,用棉花厭住傷口幫助止血!
