上野鸚鵡店, JR上野站入谷口出、徒歩３分, very easy to go, I went there for every Tokyo trip. Although the shop is quite small, it's very intersting that the parrots can speak Japanese, you can also buy 手信 (燒餅 & other snacks) at 上野.
