我求高人講出病症及醫治方法

the butt area could be normal because they have been mating so less feathers are there
can't really see the eye because the picture isn't that good
but you should take it to a vet beccuase you mentioned that it always closes 1 eye
for the feet, i can't see it either
but u need some other perch because if the bird can only stand on plastic, it creates feet problems for the birds, wooden ones would be better
