just let the parent feed the birds if u don't have time to feed the bb every meal
because you are risking that the mum may not feed the bb after u have taken them out
it is safer to take the birds out after 14 days

I don't have time to feed them 5-6 meals every day. I can only feed them around 3 times a day.
May I know when is the best time that I take them out for hands feeding?

they can start to eat a bit around 5-6 weeks, but the time could be delay if thye are with parents (some parents doesn't like their bb to get out of the nestbox and they can't try to eat on their own)
but even at week5-6 they still need a meals in the morning, afternoon and night
