for the other 2 on the picture u just post, if the bird is not bleeding at that area then no need to pluck it
use 1 hand to hold onto the end of that feather (the bone like struture is the shell of the feather) use the other hand to quickly pull the feather out

i think the feather is coming out (in a tube like shell) but somehow when it was playing or something it broke that feather, and it starts bleeding
u can double check if the feather has some sort of 折 on the feather
