bb 隻右腳經常撐了出來，請問是否唔正常，如果長大後，情況會否改善，擔心影響將來的生活？

多謝你提供的意見！

我剛剛請教均X妹姐，她說雀媽媽爸爸缺鈣，所以生下的bb也缺鈣，導致腳部有問題。
她教我將bb 放在一個同bb差不多大的膠杯內，bb 就會自動把腳曲回身旁，札腳方法比較危險。

do something like this

this condition can only be fix when it is young
so don't just sit here and do nothing, this is the only time to correct the bird
get calcivet and feed to the bird as well, along with UV leg to promote calcium growth

我好有呢方面經驗~其實90%冇得救~不過只要有一絲希望~我們都盡力~

(最後隻雀因為在人工飼養~是可以生存下來~)

用一個碗~(碗形底要圓~令腳迫住要滑回中央位置)當一段長時間之後~離開個碗~又會打回原形~不過隻腳關節已經有個收復節點~將來都只會彈出或彈入~(意思係原位有個停留節~但未必可以長時期停在原位)

曾經做過一個籠俾呢類傷殘鸚鵡~令佢可以獨自站立~

(而扎腳往往會出現意外~我反而唔建議~但只是個人分享~希望唔好見怪)

昨晚我試過姝姐教的方法，用一個膠杯，但便便會積聚杯底，不太衛生。把bb取出，腳又再次彈出。

請問主席話曾經做過一個籠給傷殘鸚鵡，有冇相片可參考呢？

that is good, you can make it even closer for 0.5-1cm
leave it on for 2 weeks and don't remove it
then remove it after 2 weeks and see how it is
then put it on again for 1 week,
if everything is good then it should be fixed

and yes, the plastic cup is useless, it doesn't do anything useful because there is no pressure to fix the leg

you handfeeding the bird now?

and this bird doesn't need a special cage
special cage is for adult birds that have splay leg, and it is like normal cage, except it is wider and not as tall, so there aren't as much climbing for the bird

starts fixing at 2 weeks old to 3 weeks old is the best
so it should be ok
do you put it with other birds
if you do and other birds reject it
you can get a small bowl and put tissue in it
and put the bird inside for it to rest
change tissue every meal to keep it clean
but do get calcivet and mix with its food and increase its calcium intake
and uv light if you can

yes, thats calcivet
its liquid calcium
you can add it to its baby food every other day or every 3 days
i used to get it in the bird shop at the fish street, i don't know if other shop has it

Vetafarm Calcivet 用法：5ml/250 ml water or 0.2ml/100g weight

bb只有20g，按比例每次用0.04ml。
也會比雀媽媽吃！

the mum can give just the amount it recommend
the bb can give more frequently
i forgot how many times it recommend
but you can give it 1 or 2 times more per week in this treatment time

先將繩圍圈打好結~是預先估計的圓形直徑~打好結才套入鸚鵡對腳~

遠比捉住隻BB黎打結容易得多~

bb 先天不足缺鈣，我從一堆染滿血漬的紙條中拿出來人手餵食，當時素嚢扁平，初初頭兩次餵食時，連食奶都無氣力，都只能勉強滴落嘴中。
相對其他LB bb, 佢發育較慢，慢了差不多一星期，到現在還未長齊毛。

由於右腳向外伸，導致右腳多隻腳趾彎曲，不能企，現在情況改善了，不過在平地時，牠的右腳最長的腳趾仍然有少少曲，正常應該是直的嗎？
如現在學企棍，牠會不會習慣把腳趾曲起來，影響在平地企嗎？

請問現在是否開始試食蛋糧或合成糧嗎？

牠現在只有31g，會不會太瘦呢？

BB 未必係先天缺鈣 , 好有可能是隱性遺傳
這種直腳情況 , 我見過於~ 貓~狗~兔仔~了哥身上

腳趾仍然有少少曲，正常應該是直的嗎？
~~~呢個情況要睇日後發展成點 , 依加佢未企~唔知佢曲起來 , 即緊握力有幾多
有時間可作輕輕的按摩

現在學企棍可以, 比BB雀有一個可用爪既力 , 來平行身體
或者可章bb雀 , 放在手中等佢試下企響你手指上 , 等佢有企棍既感覺

雀仔如腳趾曲起來 , 唔可放平 , 即趾關節不能活動

it is much better now
u can tie the legs again but make it closer
but it seem quite ok
the problem in the video was it was walking on plastic when the leg is spread out
it is partly because it can't grab on the plastic
if u let it walk on cotton or something like that then it should be more normal (like the first half of the video when it was walking on tissue)
木糠 and 抹手紙 are same
it may bite the 木糠 to play with it but usually the bb will know not to eat 木糠

左腳的四隻腳趾，最內的只有一毫米，好似無發育，可以說只有三隻腳趾。
右腳有四隻，最外的可向後，其餘三隻向前。正常情況最內的腳趾都應該向後嗎？
將來企棍爬籠都有困難！

今次是LB媽媽的第一胎，生了五隻疍，孵出四隻，給牠踩死了三隻，這一隻是唯一生還的。

最近LB媽媽生第二胎，於一月二日生下笫一隻疍，但至今天，即一星期後，仍未生第二隻（正常應該是隔日生），牠的身體比平常肥了兩倍，請問會不會有卡疍的情況出現或有其他原因？如果卡疍，會有甚麼病徵？

do you remember the dead bb have nails or not?

and next time u should rest the bird for a period of time before letting them mate and have eggs
look at its butt, u should be able to see if it egg bind (you can google egg bind for more info)
and the mum will spend a lot of time on the ground and doesn't look so good

you can just wait and see if the egg hatch, see if it has nails

if it doesn't then i would stop the pair from laying eggs again

remember to rest the parents too
