don't do it that!
take out the nestbox
having a nestbox for new birds will make them scare of you longer as they will hide in the nestbox everytime you are near in the future
throw away the tissue as well, it is bad for the bird if it is scented
and I bet you didn't wash the nestbox
you got to wash the nestbox before putting it into the cage, but it is better not to put in the nestbox until the birds are used to you
