wow, 你想當留意健康. 我只磅重同食D我認為健康既食物. 暫沒有其他但有每兩年cheap cheap body check, all ok la.

好似parrot 咁, 食得, 瞓得, or 得, 無病無痛, 鬼咁當精力, 便當ok 了.
