其實F10成份並不是單一含Benzalkonium Chloride，它之所以是市場上消毒頻譜最廣之其中一個品牌，就是因為它並非依靠單一成份作對抗。它含有QAC，Benzalkonium Chloride，Biguanide還有PHMB。F10的消毒能力不止靠這些成份，還有這多種有效成份融合融和而成的組合消毒殺菌能力。
