首先我列出一d讀數例子:

我有Solarmeter 5.7 (UVA+B) ~$唔記得 及 6.2 (UVB) ~$1700.
根據Zoomed 資料, UVB 10.0 燈膽/光管可射出 30%UVA 及 10% UVB, UVA+B讀數之前check 過, 不過唔記得幾多, 今晚check 多次後話你知, ...

Zoomed 10.0 UVB 光管, 距離一呎, UVA+B = 74 uW/cm2,

真係唔明 30%UVA 係點計出黎?

seems like  74 uW/cm2 is better then nothing...haha
maybe the best way is open window, let the nature do it's job.
