Slowly make the adaptation. Don't go too far at the beginning, in fact, only slowly bring it out of the house. Don't just bring it out, do some stop, praise, reward in small steps, progress & reward only when the bird is relaxed, until the bird is outside the door and feel comfortable. It took me a few months to bring my CAG absolutely comfortably to my roof.
