這兩個test大可能不一樣：sensitivity and specificity都不一樣。
所以暫時都係不能conclude which test is reliable.
都唔係test幾多次既問題、係要搵一個test both are highly sensitive and specific.

剛剛再研究PBFD, 係網上搵到D資料：首先有D鸚鵡係可以clear of infection. 所以第一次 test positive, 要隔離隻雀，retest at 90 days, if still positive, the bird is likely infected and will develop signs later. If test negative 2nd time, 又要再retest 3rd time.  睇到呢度就唔係好明、唔知點解要驗第三次！

Testing method: PCR 係驗病毒DNA; ELISA係驗抗體。

所以主人要問清楚大圍同台灣驗乜。
