1/ the swine flu vaccine is so new that no enough data on its safety...... i dun want to take the risk
2/ there will be small chance that hk gov get the swine flu vaccine coz usa 's  order has exceed the production rate and most mfgs have contract with her

hk gov use minimum $ on medical expense
the tender price of flu vaccine is 28 last year while the normal price of them is 60-80
maybe hk gov use china vaccine later when some western mfg buy the chinese production line
