So you had the keet for 2 months and so It's approx. 3 months old when he died, right?
You seldom cook, but are you using the non stick type cookware when sometimes you have to cook occasionally? Or is there anyone else in the house that  cooks?
Besides, you said he flied and slided on the floor, why did he slide on the floor?  Did you do something to do or was he chasing anything during the flight?  And what's his reaction after he slided down?
About candles.....are they the scented ones and why do you have to light the candles?
Hair dryer....I'm talking about the telfon type, so you better check it out. if it's the telfon type, it will bring out the harmful substance like that from the non stick cookware.
Apples....did you give the pits/seeds also?
Toy.....what type of string was it?  Can you show me the pic?

so you are really using the non stick cookware in the house, right?  And is the hair dryer the plastic type?

And where did you place the cage?  In the sitting/dining area which is close to the kitchen?

when you say is far away from the kitchen, how far is it?

Don't rush to get any new bird before we have found out the reason for the death of her keet.

So lam_ot,  no matter what the distance is between the kitchen and the windowsill, non stick cookware is harzardous to the birds.  And is there anyone in your house that smoke also?

It seems that lam_ot doesn't want to find out the reason for the death of his/her keet!

I have been trying to find out the reason with lam-ot...have asked a lot of questions and did get some replies from him/her, there are still a few questions I need to know but lam-ot suddenly shows no response....does it imply that she/he is not interested to find out the answer also?

The way that you have been questioning me makes me feel so uncomfortable.
At the begining I respond to your question and give details
But you are ordering me to answer you and now you are influenc ...

Sorry if I did make you feel uncomfortable.  I deeply know how you feel for the lost of you bird, I suffered the same before.  As you said that the keed died all of a sudden and you are still having other birds with you, I would like to help and find out the reason to avoid the same thing happen again....as best as I could.  Since I need to get as much info as I can from you, therefore I need to ask tonnes of questions.  I haven't been ordering you to do anything, I just asked all the necessary and relevant questions which I think any responsible avian vet who want to find out the reason would do the same also (I'm not any avian vet, just have experienced with birds).  You said you are using non-stick cookware in your house...this may be the reason.  And I asked if someone in your house smokes cos smoking is harzardous to the health of the birds.....and there silence you go......well, if I don't want my help anymore, that's fine.  Period.

Pls. remember that it makes no difference if we use non stick cookware and close the door, it could still kill the bird, and any cleaning agent is dangerous also cos its airborne.....
