If u drive, must be aware of those cyclists as I ve a bad experience that some cyclists crashed into my car & damaged it..... Have sought legal advice from lawyer & police from traffic investigation,  the driver must stop the car totally before the moving cyclists in the one way road that u can legally pursue the case if they still crash into your car. Otherwise if u just simply slowed down your car for concession for cyclists but they crashed into your car, they could sue u instead!in this case, it would be not feasible for your car stopped totally for thousands of cyclists especially not in weekdays!
